Owner and CEO, Chad Millis, grew up in the family business and watched his father create Millis Development & Construction from the ground up.
Chad, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, joined the Millis team in 2003 as a superintendent. Starting from the ground up, Chad learned the ins and outs of the family business throughout his career. Years later, Chad stepped into an executive role and continued to broaden the vision of the organization to target projects that provide a mass benefit to their immediate communities.
Chad is dedicated to building an organization that is rooted in the community and focused on caring for its clients and employees. Committed to partnering with clients to bring their projects to life, Chad oversaw the creation of Millis Equipment in 2005 in order to better serve clients with dirt work services.
